Brandon called me to schedule an appointment and was out to fix the issue quickly. Brandon was on time and very professional. He had the issue resolved quickly and was very reasonable price wise. Taylor came out and assisted with our automatic gate to our driveway. He knew exactly what was wrong with it and got it... fixed within a week. We had to wait on the part which is why it took a week. Had it fixed in no time. He went above and beyond explaining things about programming the gate to the car and how the gate worked. Very professional and honest about the work done. Definitely will use Atlanta Entry Systems for gate and garage door maintenance.read more

Brandon was amazing! I called two days before Christmas, and he was at my house in less than two hours. He diagnosed... the problem. I ended up needing a new garage door opener, which Brandon quickly and efficiently installed for me. He explained everything clearly and programmed my universal remote and keypad entry. Called (10:10 am) Atlanta Entry Systems when my garage door failed to open. I noticed it had a broken spring. Phone... rep was pleasant and efficient and he told me a technician would come between 11am-1pm the same day! I was very happy to hear that as it was impossible for me to open the HEAVY door manually. Branden, my technician, came at about 11:20am and quickly evaluated the overall issues with my door and quoted me the cost to repair. Branden worked through the replacement of my springs, and roller bearings , tightened things up, lubricated everything and now my door is working better than it has ever worked in the 5 years that I have lived here(12:00pm). It is smooth and quiet. Now I'm VERY happy. Much thanks to the polite, efficient, and very skilled team at Atlanta Entry Systems ! NOTE: THE TIME IT TOOK FROM INITIAL CALL TO A REPAIRED GARAGE DOOR WAS LESS THAN 2 HOURS.......that's Service .read more

After an odd start, the GREAT experience began. Robbie came to install 2 doors on an old garage. He was respectful,... personable, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Everything you want in a technician. He patiently worked through the complexity of the install. During the job he said it was his second day working for the company. That such an excellent technician would join them said a lot about the company to me. Service was timely and excellent.read more
